chicken thighs
boneless and skinless, chopped

garlic

Instructions
First, add the chopped chicken thighs to the base of the Crockpot.
In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients: stir honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and oil. Pour sauce over the chicken.
Cook the chicken and sauce on low for three and a half hours. Remove chicken from the slow cooker.
Combine the water and cornstarch to create a slurry.
Next, whisk the slurry into the sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Serve with rice, noodles, or veggies.
Notes
You use can brown sugar in place of the honey.
If you do not have fresh garlic, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder will work.
For gluten-free diets, use gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos.
Feel free to use sesame oil for extra umami.
