Banana Bread French Toast is a great way to use up your extra loaves of banana bread or even just a few slices. That unique banana flavor makes this French toast delicious with just some butter and syrup but is amazing with some berries or chocolate chips.

Slice the banana bread.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and salt in a deep, wide dish with a fork or small whisk.
Drag one piece of the bread through the egg mixture, then flip with tongs or a fork and drag the other side.
Add butter to the skillet and then gently lay the bread down.
Continue to drag the bread in the egg mixture and lay them in the pan until there's no more space.
Flip them one at a time when they are golden brown on the bottom.
Put them on a plate, and add your favorite toppings.
