Do you love bruschetta? How about chocolate chip cookies? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Would you eat it if you knew it had crickets in it? My answer was never. But then my son was looking up at me and said “mommy I thought you could do anything?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ugh! They always get us right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Well, I did eat the cricket. And I got the legs stuck in my teeth. But I didn’t care. I remained a hero to my son. My daughter refused to let me kiss her for a week.
